One simple hack to unleash a flood of creativity

Hey , I've got an idea for you might want to try. 

It'll help you to bring your best ideas to the forefront and give them space to shine.

A quick question first. I hope you'll play along. 

Where do you get your best ideas, ? List 3 places/circumstance if you can.

There's an 83% chance that one of your answers was the shower. 

And a 76% chance that one of them was while walking or running. 

Another common one is driving. 

All of those circumstances have something in common- you're very unlikely to have a notepad handy. 

And by the time you're done doing whatever it was you were doing, you're probably rushing off to the next thing while your brilliant insight quietly fades away. 

Modern humans are notoriously over-scheduled and under-resourced. And as a result our best work is difficult to capture. Because your best work probably doesn't happen while you're at work. 

It comes out in those odd moments when it's finally quiet enough to let them through the noise gate. 

Now, I'm not saying you should try driving with a notepad. That would be incredibly unsafe. But you can plan to arrive 5 minutes early so that you can jot a note before you get out of the car. 

And I'd hate to see your journal if you were taking it in the shower every day.

But if you already know that you get your best ideas there, doesn't it make sense to give yourself 10 minutes to capture those ideas and put them in a safe place? 

Why am I sharing this with you? 

Because, , I believe your ideas are valuable and I want to see your brilliance shine like never before. 

The world needs what you have. Not what you can do, but who you ARE when you're in your true nature; your essence. 

So I hope you'll give this a try for a few weeks. 

The worst that will happen is you'll have a few extra minutes before you're onto the next thing.
